How scoringworks

Every verified issue gets three scores from 1 to 5. Their sum — out of 15 — sets the priority. A human moderator always makes the final call.

1Danger

How likely and how serious an injury is

1 — a minor inconvenience. 5 — could cause serious injury or death.

2Impact

How many people pass by or are affected

1 — a few people a day. 5 — hundreds, or vulnerable groups like children.

3Exposure

How much weather and winter increase the risk

1 — weather doesn't matter. 5 — ice, snow or rain make it much worse.
